Okay, you're not sure where to start. No probs. Let's take a quick look at something: what's the difference between stress & anxiety?

Put simply stress is feeling (understandably) overwhelmed physically & emotionally by what's going on in your life - too busy at work, forever run-off your feet with childcare, struggling with unexpected and unwanted problems in your life.

Stress will pass as things improve - the key is trying to find ways to manage the symptoms in the meanwhile: tense muscles, lingering headaches, irritableness to name a few.

anxiety

Anxiety is when you feel worried about stuff in your immediate & longer term future. Sometimes this can be very real things like whether you'll successfully finish that important project at work.

But often, people feel worried about much vaguer things: being in a social setting, your financial security & career, or perhaps starting a romantic relationship with someone.

Anxiety is different to stress as you may not feel better as things in your life improve
